Refund & Return Policy

At RF Outlett, we always try to ensure your full satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For eligible returns, customers may choose a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are applicable only if the ordered product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable except for cases of wrong or damaged items sent by us.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product issue is from our side.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
